Having been involved in the transformational field for a collective 3-plus decades we’ve been to a lot of great workshops, but one have realized what we know is possible.

Where many weekend workshops get you high and drop you, we include a 30-day online integration: The Leadership Integration Training (LIT) to make sure that the passion and brotherhood that get unlocked in the MLI get infused into every dimension of your life.

The Details

When and Where?

Upcoming dates for the Men’s Leadership Intensive are:

  • January 19th to 23rd and May 25th to 29th – Sundari Gardens, Big Island, Hawaii (Peek at Sundari HERE)

How Long Is It?

The MLI is a residential intensive spanning 5 days and 4 nights. Participants arrive on Thursday mid-day and stay on-site for the weekend. While the intensive officially ends on Monday evening, many participants stay for an optional Integration Day (more about this below) and head home on Tuesday afternoon. Participants are welcome to arrive early and stay after at Sundari pending availability

How Many Men Will Be There?

Transformation happens in an intimate setting where you will have an extremely high level of individual attention. We are limiting enrollment to just 20 men. With four of us co-leading and graduates of the program on staff to support you, the ratio of leadership to participants will be about 1:2. Unlike many other trainings, you will not be lost in the crowd.

What Does the Program Cost?

This training is offered at three different pricing tiers:

$2,000 – Supported Tuition

$3,000 – Sustaining Tuition

$5,000 – Patron Tuition ($1,000 of your tuition goes to scholarship funds to support men with less financial capacity to attend this weekend)

Your tuition includes food and accommodation for the weekend, and your Leadership Integration Training. We offer these different tiers in order to make the intensive more financially accessible to more men.

It is on your honor to choose what tier you feel is appropriate for you.

What Comes After the Weekend?

Tuesday Integration Day (optional, but highly recommended!)

Many men struggle to give themselves adequate self-care. Instead of jumping right back into work on Tuesday, we invite you to come down pleasurably with us!

Men have said this integration day was what enabled them to fully assimilate what they gained from the weekend, avoid crashing, and have a high-performing rest of the week. It’s also a special way to connect as men without being in the roles of facilitator and participant.

Integration in Nature is essential to fully digesting new experiences and initiations. We will spend the day at the beach and at the Hot Ponds, connecting and reflecting with the elements and each other beyond the retreat roles. This is also a time to begin integrating into a loving community with the women of the tribe, and be welcomed Home to the Hearth from the battlefield of our inner work. While it is not required, it is highly recommended that you participate in this afterglow with our Ohana.
